Our aim was to improve lead volume, at the same cost, by completing a full search ads account restructure.
02 - The Process
The current account structure was separated into 30+ campaigns.
We hypothesized that consolidating campaigns through an account restructure would result in greater campaign data sufficiency that would improve overall lead volume long-term.
03 - The Result
Year over year, I increased lead volume by 50% at a 25% reduced CAC.
The account restructure allowed us to be highly adaptable to market conditions.
